Policy

Versace Lighting understands the difficulty sometimes associated with choosing the right light.  If you have a change of heart Versace Lighting can offer an Exchange, Credit or a Refund minus delivery and restocking fees.

Returning an item will unfortunately incur some fees:

Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees will cover the inbound and outbound delivery of the item. Please note that if an item was sold with a free delivery it will still be deducted from your refund.

 Restocking Fees

  • Versace Lighting reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20%.

 Conditions:

  • Item can be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Item must be unopened and unused

If these requirements are not met Versace Lighting reserves the right not to return item.

How to Return:

  • Contact us through either Phone or Email from our Contact us
  • Include your order number and the name of the product you wish to return.
  • Versace Lighting will arrange for the item to be returned.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If a received item is damaged or faulty please Contact us through our Contact us Page.

If a product is Damaged, it must be reported within 14 days of arrival. Versace Lighting will not cover any damaged products after this duration.

Provided our Terms and Conditions are satisfied Versace Lighting will happily Exchange, Credit or Refund without any additional costs.

Warranty Policy:

All fittings have a minimum of twelve (12) months warranty if installed by a qualified electrician, excluding globes.
